Studio.Policies

1. MELT.STUDIO is a safe space for all identities and walks of life and is queer/neurodivergent owned. As such any behaviour deemed hateful, antagonistic or misaligned with studio practices may result in the immediate cancellation or interruption of your appointment at my discretion . Just be kind!

2. A non-refundable 10% booking deposit is required to confirm your first appointment. This deposit comes off your final sale. Failure to pay the deposit may result in your slot being given to someone else.

3. MELT.STUDIO is a kid-free zone. Kids are wonderful but unfortunately the space is limited and there is no safe place for them to be while you’re being serviced. Please do not bring your children. Failure to uphold this will result in cancellation of service

4. Late cancellation, failure to show, and breaking policy which results in stopping your appointment will result in a 100% charge of services. Things change! I get that :) Just please provide at least 24hr notice for in-studio services and 72hrs notice for out-of-studio.

5. In line with ACCC, refunds are not available for change of mind, requesting a service against my advice or negative outcomes due to lack of post-service care. I kindly ask for the opportunity to fix your service before refund.

6. Any content, images or videos taken by myself in-studio is fair use for social media. You will always be made aware/asked BEFORE content is taken and you can ALWAYS say no <3
